For a personal and confidential way to obtain your medical test results, please call our Lab Calls Messaging system phone number at: 1-866-492-3191. Please, Do NOT call the old lab number.

• Enter your social security number followed by the pound sign (#)
  
• You will then be prompted for your PIN number. Enter your 6 digit birthday (mm/dd/yyyy format) followed by the pound sign (#)
  
• At this point, follow the rest of the prompts.

Test Results General Time Frame

• Routine Laboratory Tests - The office typically receives them within 2 working days and may take an additional 2 days for dictation by the doctor.

• Unusual Laboratory Tests - Any tests that are unusual in nature can have a wide variety of time it takes prior to receiving results.  The best is to ask your nurse when these may be back and allow an additional couple of days after that for the doctor to dictate these results.

• Radiology Studies - Any x-rays, CT Scans, MRI scans, ultrasounds, and cardiovascular tests can take an average of three days before your doctor receives the results.  Again, there may be an additional two day delay prior to dictation.

• Studies and testing outside of the Hospital System - Some testing is done at facilities that require the mailing of tests, and/or results.  Just the time factor in mailing alone will cause a delay.  Be sure to ask the facility the expected time factor, then add a couple of days for your doctor to receive these results and dictate them.

• Pap Smears - These results can be one to two weeks before the results are returned to our office.  We suggest that you wait at least 10 days before calling to inquire on your results.

If your lab results are not on the Lab Calls Message system, be patient and check back the next day.  If it has been more than seven business days from the times listed above, please call your doctor's nurse and inquire if your results are in, and if they have been dictated onto this system yet.

Please be aware that there are times when results have been dictated and the Lab Calls Messaging is not working properly. Do not hesitate to contact our office if you feel there is a problem with the Lab Calls Messaging system.
